What do the values mean in the above example? Red, negative number indicate an inhibition to the respective quality, blue, positive ones, switched on potential. The numbers indicate the percentage of your full potential for the respective, actual Q1-8, or desirable q1-8 quality. Please consider that the sum of Q1-8 is maximal 200% (not 100% since the required potentials overlap).

Specifically this example shows a clear inclination to improve; all q1-8 are bigger that the respective Q1-8. The way leadership (Q4) is implemented (Q4) looks pretty grim with over 20% of human resources wasted on negative power games. No wonder in the era of non-trust and with the hype of mess-management! Possible Relevance and Application of this Analysis

The relevance of this analysis method has been demonstrated back in 1994 on large scale application at the "Qualifikation 94", an exhibition for way to qualify in the job market, in Hannover (Germany). It has proven its significance for individual and team analysis, for consulting and workshops. It deals in absolutes, not in validated Bm-pseudo science terms based on opinions in the spirit of the time. Also it is a test, that can hardly be faked, for the relationship between the answers to its questions, and the results of the analysis is to complicated to do guess work in a desired direction. Also there are no normal, right, or wrong answers; their relevance depends on the scenario and the state of mind of the person revealing them. And the analysis models the actual situation as perceived, and the desirable direction, in a realistic way in Option II terms. It models not only the situation but also the mindset of those who move it with their answers to the key questions of life.

And by the way, taping this way into the mind of those involved in a project, rather than using so-called objective data acquired by external consultants in their frame of mind with their hidden agendas, provides a far better basis for an efficient and in its usage effective analysis - provided Option II mindsets are allowed to make use of it. Who knows the really relevant facts about a situation better than those in it? And based on what should their situation be improved if not for their personal growth for which they are truly open? Compare that approach to a highly expensive, say a McKinsey type analysis in former East Germany after the fall of the wall; its result was that the company should go bankrupt and its last cash should be paid for the study that revealed this...
